Juz wanna share my 1st attempt Portuguese Egg Tart
Google punye google, finally jumpe this 1 recipe yg berkenan di hati...
Tq to puan punye blog . Mudah & senang.
Tp resepi dia utk adunan for 28 keping tart.
Disebabkan ia adalah percubaan pertamaku, so i've decided to divide into 4..
Me make it for 7 pieces tart only. *takut x jd nnt, abis sume aku tereban kan...
*tereban = buang/campak (loghat perak)
Ok, lets start with the ingredients

bahan-bahan:
Telur - 2 biji
fresh milk 50ml
whipping cream 125ml
gula 40gm
Frozen puff pasty (untuk shell case tart)
esen vanilla *ni aku pandai2 tambah coz masa proses m'google, ada yg letak esen vanilla
*****sukatan ni aku dah modified ikut sukatan aku. bcoz it is only for 7 pieces tart.
boleh check kat resepi asal, ok!
*****resepi asal guna heavy cream , aku cari x jmpe so aku bli je whipping cream.
Cara-cara :
1. 1st thing kita sediakan shell case untuk tart tu. puff pastry tu aku guna brand kawan (square).
Uli puff pastry sehingga leper, kemudian acu kan ke dalam tart case.
2. Then campurkan telur, susu, cream, gula & kacau sebati. & masukkn sedikit esen vanilla
3. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 170-180 darjah celcius. *depends pd jenis oven
4. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan tadi. jangan terlalu penuh.
5. Bakar adunan selama 20 - 30 minit. *again depends pd jenis oven
