Majlis Buka Pintu Raya 2011

Semlm sempat jugak wat majlis 'buka pintu' a.k.a 'open hse' sempena raya ni. Actually its a last minute plan. At first nak wat in the nxt-nxt mgu nye, but all the weeks full hse except yesterday. So, just proceed...

Sabtu pagi dah bangun awal pergi pasar dato' keramat shop brg2 utk dimasak. the day b4, i dah siapkan pastri utk cheese tart. So nnti senang la juz letak filling je.

Balik dr pasar, terus singgah carrefour cari bhn nak buat kek. I nak buat tiramisu. B4 this, dah 2 times i buat tiramisu guna instant sponge cake, but now plan nak buat sponge cake sndri. ^__^

So, sampai je umah terus buat cake. After 45minutes, my sponge cake is ready 4 tiramisu.
Then, siap2 nak gi open hse umah Cda @ Klang. All the way was terrible jam!! Plus sesat-larat nye m'cari rumah...phewww!













Then, yesterday @ my house pulak.

Ada spagetthi, nasi minyak with ayam msk mrh, dalca, rendang daging & lemang.

Here my specialty dish 'tiramisu'

Almost said my tiramisu was great...*thanxs* ;)

Blueberry cheese tart *main suke2 hati je i lorek blueberry tu, mula2 nk draw flower but then mata dh ngantuk so belasah je la*...

Syuhana & fmly. W/p sedang menunggu hari utk give birth 3rd child, dtg jgk..thnxs su!
